]]> ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਇਕ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਕ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ, ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ-ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਬੜੀ ਸੰਕੋਚਵੀਂ, ਗੁੰਦਵੀਂ ਤੇ ਸੰਜਮੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ, ਦਰਸ਼ਨ, ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਦੇ ਮੂਲ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬੱਧੀ ਮੰਥਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਇਹ ਅਤੀ ਸੰਖੇਪ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ‘ਗੁਰੂ-ਪੰਥ’ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਹੈ। ਲੇਖਕ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਅਹਿਮ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਬੜੇ ਸੁਚੱਜੇ ਤੇ ਨਿਵੇਕਲੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਲੇਖਕ ਖੁਦ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਦਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਕ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਰੋਮ ਰੋਮ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਯਤਨ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਰ ਗੁਰਸਿੱਖ ਇਸ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਆਰਸੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣਾ-ਆਪਾ ਦੇਖ ਸਕੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹਿਤ ਮਰਯਾਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ‘ਗੁਰੂ-ਪੰਥ’ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕਿਤਨਾ ਸੰਜੀਦਾ ਤੇ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੈ?
