]]> ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ, ਉਰਦੂ ਜਾਂ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਖੁਦ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਚੌਥੇ ਪੌੜੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਲੂਕ ਨੂੰ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ-ਨਵਾਜ਼ ਤੋਤਾ-ਫਾਰਮੂਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋ: ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਵਿਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ । ਪਾਠਕਜਨ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਦਰਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਰਸੇ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਵਰਦਾਨ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ ।
