ਕਿਤਾਬ “ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ 1984 : ਅੱਖੀਂ ਡਿੱਠੇ ਹਾਲ, ਪੜਚੋਲ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼” ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਗਾਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਪੰਥ ਸੇਵਕ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਪਾਦਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਨਵੀਂ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਖੰਡ ਹਨ। ਪਹਿਲੇ ਖੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੰਬਰ 1984 ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਅੱਠੀੰ ਡਿੱਠੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਡੀਂ ਹੰਢਾਏ ਹਾਲ ਬਿਆਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਦੂਜੇ ਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਖੁਰਾਖੋਜ’ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਭਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਦੇਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਕਿਤਾਬ ਦੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੰਬਰ 1984 ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੜਚੋਲ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਚੌਥੇ ਖੰਡ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਲੇਖ “ਦੰਗੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ” ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੰਬਰ 1984 ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਕਲਤੇਆਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਸਿੱਧ, ਤੇ ਬਿਆਨ, ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਤਕਰੀਰਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕਿਤਾਬ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਖੰਡ “ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼” ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ 1984 ਦੇ ਤੱਥ ਨੂੰ ਤਸਲੀਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੌਮਾਂਤਰੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ- ਮਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਐਲਾਨਾਮਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਨ ਬਿੰਨ ਨਕਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਉਲੱਥਾ ਛਾਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਭਾਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਨਵੰਬਰ 1984 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਤਲੇਆਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ‘ਨਸਲਕੁਸ਼ੀ’ ਤਸਲੀਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਤਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਕਲਾਂ, ਸਮੇਤ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਮਤੇ ਦੇ, ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।

Biologically all human beings are same but there is difference of soul in it. Some have bad soul, others have good soul in it. God blessed good souls had taken up the matter to find out, Who are the Guilty ?, Delhi : October 31st to November 4, ’84 and Oppression in Punjab. These great men deserved community’s gratitude but alas ! they have lost all the good things Guru had taught them for selfishness. These three historical documents deserved to be preserved for the future generations. The purpose is not to create bitterness, rift or politics but purely preservance of historical documents. There are some men of eminence who have expressed themselves on the subject matter. To understand why Sikhs erupted in this way, we have in the background Sirdar Kapur Singh’s (National Professor of Sikhism, ICS and former MP) speech in the third Lok Sabha on 6th September, 1966 and also another article written by him entitled, ‘They Massacre Sikhs’. Baldev Singh presenting these documents to preserve them in the form of a book for future generations. History makes a man wise. When we read history and don’t repeat mistakes we are bound to progress but if we repeat mistakes then it becomes blunder and our future is doomed and we are committing blunders.
