]]> ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੁੱਜੋਂ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੱਸਦਿਆਂ, ਨੱਚਦਿਆਂ, ਟੱਪਦਿਆਂ, ਗਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ, ਖੇਡਦਿਆਂ, ਕੁੱਦਦਿਆਂ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਮੋੜ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ‘ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਰੇਗਿਸਤਾਨ’ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ। ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ਼ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ, ਉਹ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਉਹ ਹੁਣ ਵੀ ਧਾਹਾਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਰੋ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਕੰਟਰੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਨਾ ਪੀਣ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ, ਨਾ ਕੁਝ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ, ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਰਖ਼ਤ ਦੀ ਸੰਘਣੀ ਛਾਂ, ਨਾ ਕੋਲ਼ ਬਿਠਾ ਕੇ ਦਿਲਾਸੇ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲ਼ੀ ਮਾਂ, ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਭੈਣ-ਭਾਈ, ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਸੱਜਣ-ਮਿੱਤਰ, ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ-ਗਰਾਂ ਦਿੱਸਦਾ ਸੀ, ਬਸ ਇੱਕੋ ਫ਼ਰਿਆਦ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਿਕੰਜੇ ‘ਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਲੈ, ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਲੈ, ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਸੇਵਾ-ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਰੁੱਖੀ-ਸੁੱਖੀ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਖ਼ਲਕਤ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ ਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾਵਾਂਗੇ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ਼ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਈਏ ਖ਼ਰਚ ਕੇ ਪਰਦੇਸਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਏਜੰਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਚੁੰਗਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਦੇ ਹਨ।
