]]> ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੂਫਾਨ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਚਰਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਮੁਗਲ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਨੁਮ ਦੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਦੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਉਲਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ, ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੋਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪਰਾਪਤ ਜੰਗੀ ਜਰਨੈਲ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੈਸੀ ਸ਼ਹਾਦਤ ਕੋਈ ਪੱਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਪੱਕਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਵਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ । ਪੁਸਤਕ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਅਧਿਆਇ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਲਿਖਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੜਚੋਲ ਦਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ । ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਬਾਰੇ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਹੁਣ ਤਕ, ਨਵਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ, ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਕੁ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪਾਠ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਦੂਜਾ ਅਧਿਆਇ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਦਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਢਲੀਆਂ ਜਿੱਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੈ । ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਦੀ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨਵੀਂ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇਹ ਤਰਕ-ਸੰਗਤ ਹੈ ।
