]]> ਓਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਗਰੀਨ ਹੰਟ ਅਤੇ ਸਲਵਾ ਜੁਡਮ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਤੇ ਗ਼ੈਰਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ’ਚ ਹੁਕਮਰਾਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵਿੱਢੀ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਮਨੋਰਥ, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਜਮਾਤੀ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ, ਇਸ ਹਕੂਮਤੀ ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਜੁਝਾਰੂ ਟਾਕਰੇ ਦੀ ਵਾਜਬੀਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਮਾਏਦਾਰਾ ਆਰਥਕ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਵਰਗੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਅਹਿਮ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਰੁੰਧਤੀ ਰਾਏ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਲੇਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਰਤਾਲਾਪ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਇਕ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਲ ’ਚ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2010 ’ਚ ਛਾਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ’ਚ ਉਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਲਿਖੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਲੇਖ ਤੇ ਵਾਰਤਾਲਾਪ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਛਾਪ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਨਵੇਂ ਰੂਪ ’ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪਾਠਕ ਸਾਡੇ ਇਸ ਨਿਗੂਣੇ ਜਹੇ ਯਤਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਰਵਾਂ ਹੁੰਗਾਰਾ ਦੇਣਗੇ।
