]]> ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ, ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਇਨਕਲਾਬ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇਹ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਤੇ ਏਹੋ ਰਵੱਈਆ, ਇਨਕਲਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ ਸਕਦੇ । ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲ ਲੱਭਣਾ ਪਏਗਾ । ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਖ਼ਸੀਅਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਤੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਪਰਬਲ ਹੈ । ਸਾਇੰਸ ਦੇ ਐਨੇ ਚਾਨਣ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਕਾਇਮ ਐ । ਹਰ ਪੱਖ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੌਰ ਵਿਚ ਇੱਕ ਉਮਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਐ । ਉਹਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੀ ਟੱਕਰ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਗਲਤ ਐ । ਉਹਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਦੀ ਗੁਜ਼ਰਦਿਆਂ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਕਲਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜ ਲੈਣਾ ਹੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਵਿਧੀ ਐ । ਸਮੇਂ ਦਾ ਦਮਾਮਾ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ: ਐਨਿਆਂ ਚੋਂ ਉੱਠੋ ਸੂਰਮਾ ।
